Details by Product Type
Below are examples of great submissions for different product types (scroll to find yours) that will make it quicker and easier for us to process your claim. Additional photos or details that help describe the problem are helpful, but proof of purchase, photos of the product and problem, and any specific details noted below are a requirement.
-- LEG GUARDS --
Please note: Proper leg guard sizing is critical to optimal wear and performance. Providing an image of your leg measurement with your claim will assist us in getting you the proper replacement size.
Leg guards are measured in a seated position with shoes on. With the shin in a vertical position, measure from the knot in your shoelace to the center of your kneecap. Measurement must be readable in photo!
Tip: Model number can be found in the padded area between the knee and shin
-- MITTS & GLOVES --
For all mitts, we will need an image that clearly shows the model number of the mitt. Please see below for an example.
Tip: Model number can be found on the inside of the mitt towards the pinky finger side and will start with "CM" for mitts and "FG" for fielding gloves
For CM3000 mitts (all sizes and colors), we will need a clear image of the 4-Letter code stamped on the back of the mitt by the pinky. Please see below for an example.
-- CATCHER'S HELMETS --
In addition to images of the front, back, and problem area of your helmet, please provide an image of the white, rectangular date code sticker found on the inside of your helmet. Please see below for an example.
Tip: Model number can typically be found on the backplate of the helmet and will start with "MVP"
-- CHEST PROTECTORS --
In addition to images of the front, back, and problem area of your chest protector, please provide an image of the fabric date code tag (if present) stitched into the side of the chest protector. Please see below for an example.
Tip: Model number can be found on the back harness and will start with "CPCC"
