DETAILS BY PRODUCT TYPE

LEG GUARDS

Proper leg guard sizing is critical to optimal wear and performance. Providing an image of your leg measurement with your claim will assist us in getting you the proper replacement size.

Leg guards are measured in a seated position with shoes on. With the shin in a vertical position, measure from your ankle bone to the center of your kneecap.  Measurement must be readable in photo!

Tip: Model number can be found in the padded area between the knee and shin.

This submission clearly shows:

  1. A full product shot which clearly shows the model number printed below the knee
  2. The player's leg measurement to verify sizing
  3. A close-up of the issue
  4. The product date code tag (if applicable)
  5. Also be sure to include your proof of purchase

MITTS & GLOVES

For all mitts, we will need an image that clearly shows the model number of the mitt.

Tip: Model number can be found on the palm of the mitt or glove on the pinky pad. Model numbers start with "CM" for mitts and "FG" for fielding gloves.

For CM3000 mitts (all sizes and colors), we will need a clear image of the 4-Letter code stamped on the back of the mitt by the pinky.  Sample image shown - this mitt has a code of "KJRL"

This submission clearly shows:

  1. An image showing the model number
  2. The 4-Digit Code (For CM3000's Only)
  3. A close up of the issue
  4. Also be sure to include your proof of purchase

Lastly - Laces can break. As a catcher, one of the best things we recommend is learning how to work on your tools. Being comfortable relacing certain areas or the entire glove is an advantage as a player. The most common area to snap on a mitt is the "Criss-Cross" location - and this also happens to be about a 5 minute fix. Don't panic, just slide a new lace in and you're back in action.
